Will you have a solution?…

National Trading Standards have now published full guidance for estate agents.

Under current legislation, set out in the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, agents have a legal obligation to provide Material Information on all listings. Failure to comply can result in an unlimited fine, a ban from the industry or even imprisonment.

At QuoteLegal, we have been working with Rightmove and we can confirm that Material Information fields will be live on all listings from June/July 2024. We can provide you with a very useful insight into how property pages will look once the changes are implemented.

We know what information you need to provide and we know how to get it.

Talk to us to find out how we can remove the burden from you.
